The 138,880 SF multi-tenant air cargo building is located within the AirLogistics Center II project, developed by Republic Property Company, located on Forest Parkway in Forest Park, Georgia.
Trelleborg Wheel Systems Americas, Inc. will be using the facility for the warehousing and distribution of tires. Mike Dvorscak of William B. Hare Company brokered the transaction for Trelleborg Wheel Systems Americas, Inc. Bronson Smith of Republic Property Company represented the landlord.
