Forest Park, GA– Republic Property Company signs a 51,879 square foot renewal and expansion with Trelleborg Wheel Systems Americas, Inc. The 138,880 SF multi-tenant air cargo building is located within the AirLogistics Center II project, developed by Republic Property Company, located on Forest Parkway in Forest Park, Georgia. This is the second expansion by Trelleborg since signing its original lease in 2005.
Trelleborg Wheel Systems Americas, Inc. will be using the facility for the warehousing and distribution of tires. Luke Pope of Republic Property Company represented the landlord.
