Republic Property Signs Air Conditioning Firm to 45,900-SF Lease
Trane, an air conditioning systems company, signed a 45,865-square-foot lease at 5021 Old Dixie Highway in Forest Park, GA.
The one-story, 105,920-square-foot, Class B industrial building, known as Airlogistics Center II – Building 300, was built this year in the North Clayton Industrial submarket.
James Phillpott of Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant, while Luke Pope of Republic Property Co. represented the landlord in-house.
