Forest Park, GA– Republic Property Company signs a 9,307 square foot lease with Trane, a Business of American Standard, Inc. The 138,880 SF multi-tenant air cargo building is located within the AirLogistics Center II project, developed by Republic Property Company, located on Forest Parkway in Forest Park, Georgia.
Trane, a Business of American Standard, Inc. will be using the facility for the warehousing and distribution of HVAC products. James Phillpott of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction for Trane, a Business of American Standard, Inc. Bronson Smith of Republic Property Company represented the landlord.
