Plainfield, IN — Republic Property Company recently broke ground on Plainfield Distribution Center. Plainfield Distribution Center is located in Plainfield, Indiana just two miles from Indianapolis International Airport.
Located on 53 acres, Plainfield Distribution Center will consist of two phases, totaling 940,000 SF. Building 100 is a 493,500 SF cross-dock facility, while Building 200 is a 446,500 SF cross-dock facility. Both buildings will feature the latest functional distribution standards, measuring 470′ deep with a 36′ clear height and 52′ x 50′ bay spacing. Additionally, the buildings will feature ESFR sprinkler systems and 175 Trailer Parking spaces. The first building to be delivered, Building 100, is expected to be delivered in April 2007.
