ProLogix signed a seven-year lease deal for 25,360 square feet at 2625 N. Berkeley Lake Road in Duluth, GA. It is scheduled to move into the 132,400-square-foot Crossroads Distribution Center, Building 200 on May 15.
Luke Pope and Bill Wikle of Republic Properties represented the landlord, Republic Property Co. Inc., while John Brockson of Quinn Group Inc. represented the tenant.
