Prologix Distribution Services has extended its lease at 2625 N Berkeley Lake Road in Duluth, Ga. Prologix occupies approximately 25,000 square feet at Crossroads Distribution Center and is a subsidiary of The News Group, the largest periodical wholesaler in North America.
John Brocksmith of Crossroads Commercial Real Estate represented Prologix and Luke Pope of Republic Property Company represented the Landlord.
