PLAINFIELD ยป Republic Property Co. has signed a lease for the remaining 173,430 square feet of space in Building 100 of the Plainfield Distribution Center, 2150 Stanley Road, Plainfield. The tenant will be SWS, a Dallas company that specializes in the redistribution of supplies for retail chain restaurants. Republic also will begin constructing a Building 200 this spring. When it’s done, it will be a 446,500-square-foot Modern Bulk Warehouse.
