Forest Park, GA– Republic Property Company signs a 9,107 square foot lease with Pilkington North America, Inc. The 138,880 SF multi-tenant air cargo building is located within the AirLogistics Center II project, developed by Republic Property Company, located on Forest Parkway in Forest Park, Georgia.
Pilkington North America, Inc. will be using the facility for the warehousing and distribution of automobile windows. Jeff Cape of Lavista Associates brokered the transaction for Pilkington North America, Inc. Bronson Smith of Republic Property Company represented the landlord.
