M&W Flooring has selected Presidential Drive Business Center to serve as its new corporate office. M&W signed a lease for the 3,710 square foot Suite E in building 3095 and the interior build-out is underway. Presidential Drive Business Center is a quality office/warehouse park located on Interstate 85 at the Chamblee Tucker Interchange. The park is comprised of two buildings totaling 62,581 square feet.
