JMDH Real Estate acquired the 77,086-square-foot retail property at 1803-1863 Roswell Rd. in Marietta, GA from Trinity Place Holdings, a private real estate investment trust, for an undisclosed price.
The retail space delivered in March of 1978 and sits on 10.37 acres of land in the Parkway Village Shopping Center. The property was formerly anchored by SYMS Warehouse. According to CoStar information, three tenants currently occupy the building. The shopping center is reportedly located in an area with some of the best statistical demographics in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Tim Giambrone, vice president of investments and director of Marcus & Millichap’s national retail group, represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Luke Pope of Republic Property Co. Pope will also handle leasing for the property.
