Forest Park, GA– Republic Property Company signs a 9,387 square foot lease with Lucent Technologies, Inc. The 138,880 SF multi-tenant air cargo building is located within the AirLogistics Center II project, developed by Republic Property Company, located on Forest Parkway in Forest Park, Georgia.
Luent Technologies, Inc. will be using the facility for the warehousing and distribution of communications products. Chris Copenhaver of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction for Lucent Technologies, Inc. Bronson Smith of Republic Property Company represented the landlord.
