Duluth, GA– Republic Property Company signs a 41,720 square foot renewal and expansion with Kraiburg Corporation. The 132,400 rear-load distribution building is located within the Crossroads Distribution Center, developed by Republic Property Company, located on North Berkeley Lake Road in Duluth, Georgia.
Kraiburg Corporation will be using the facility for the warehousing and distribution of thermoplastic elastomers. Ray Dankberg and John Crawford of Grubb & Ellis brokered the transaction for Dealer Tire, LLC. Bronson Smith of Republic Property Company represented the landlord.
