KELCO, a food service provider to Atlanta-area child care centers, private schools, churches and assisted living centers, has extended renewed its lease at 105 Forest Parkway. KELCO occupies a 9,287 square foot facility that it moved into on when the building was constructed in 2004.
AirLogistics Center II is a 340,220 square foot industrial development made up of three buildings at the corner of Forest Parkway and Old Dixie Highway in Forest Park, Ga.
KELCO was represented by Zac Antonio of Phoenix Realty Group, while Luke Pope represented the landlord, Republic Property Company.
