Fabric.com has signed a 202,120-square-foot lease at 4190 Jiles Road in Kennesaw, GA.
Fabric.com is the world’s leading online fabric store. They have over 200 employees and currently operate out of a 65,000 square foot office and distribution center, located at 2151 Northwest Parkway, Marietta, GA 30067. David Rubenstein of Cresa Partners represented Fabric.com, while Luke Pope represented the landlord, Republic Property Company.
