Iron Mountain Secure Shredding has extended its lease at Crossroads Distribution through 2016. Iron Mountain will also be expanding its current facility by 10,000 square feet, bringing its total facility at the park to 44,590 square feet.
Built in 2000, the 190,380-square-foot, single-story industrial property is in the Norcross Industrial submarket. Other tenants in the building include Pella Window & Door and Grabber Construction Products.
Luke Pope of Republic Property Co. represented the landlord and Scott Polinski of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
