Principal Lands 10-Year Deal at Southside Industrial Park
The U.S. Government signed a 10-year full-building lease for the Airport Distribution Center II.
The 406,989-square-foot facility at 3780 Southside Industrial Court is in the Airport/North Clayton Industrial submarket. It was constructed in 2000.
Luke Pope of Republic Property Co. represented the landlord, Principal Life Insurance. Rick Schair of Schair & Associates represented Nitelines USA, which was under contract with the government.
“The entire process took almost a year from property identification to final lease execution,” said Schair. “It could not have been accomplished without the expertise of my staff and that of Republic Property Co., working in concert.”
