Ericsson Television, Inc. has extended its lease at 3400 Rivergreen Court in Duluth, Ga for five years. The building is a 157,456 square foot flex distribution facility owned by Cabot Properties out of Boston. Ericsson was represented by Travis Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia, Inc., while Luke Pope of Republic Property Company represented the landlord.
