Custom Healthcare of Georgia has signed an expansion and renewal at 3097 Presidential Drive. Custom expanded its 4,200 square foot facility by 3,687 square feet. The expansion took place as a result of ATG Rehab purchasing Custom Healthcare and combining the two offices.
Presidential Drive Business Center is a quality office/warehouse park located along Interstate-85 at the Chamblee Tucker Interchange. The park is comprised of two buildings totaling 62,581 square feet. Cabot Properties is the owner.
Owen Middour of Cone Middour Partners represented Custom Healthcare while Luke Pope of Republic Property Company represented the landlord.
